Neighborhood Walkthroughs
Oakwood Glen HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the value, attractiveness, and integrity of the neighborhood through the enforcement of deed restrictions. The HOA Board and Volunteers walk through the neighborhood on a regular basis (typically following each monthly board meeting) to ensure community upkeep in accordance with our Bylaws and Deed Restrictions.
Items being monitored include:
- •Unsightly items visible from the street
- •Garbage cans visible from the street
- •Broken or leaning fences
- •Trailers in driveways
- •Landscaping and lawn maintenance
- •Unapproved improvements
To avoid a Violation Notice, please help by remedying such issues. For deed restriction questions, review the documents in our Resource Center. Questions? Email the board at board@oakwoodglenhoa.org
Note: The City of Cedar Park has jurisdiction over street parking. Follow parking ordinances on the City of Cedar Park website to avoid being ticketed.
Board Meeting Highlights
July 6, 2026
A Big Thank You — Summer Party!
What a great time! Around 40 neighbors (and lots of kids) stopped by our first community summer party. Kona Ice was a huge hit, and it was a wonderful evening of meeting and reconnecting. We're already planning what's next!
Events to Look Forward To
A Halloween event, neighborhood garage sale, mahjong social, safety & CPR class, a Little Free Library, and a Community Night Out with Cedar Park Fire & Police are all in the works. Have ideas? Reach out to the board!
Dues Reminder
If you still have an outstanding dues balance, you'll be hearing from Eric, our Treasurer, with a statement soon. Questions about your balance or want to make arrangements? Please email the board — we appreciate your support!
Hatch Road Landscaping
We're finalizing bids to refresh the Hatch Road frontage — pulling old weed barrier, clearing weeds, and relaying everything cleanly. We'll share an update once a vendor and start date are set. A long time coming!
