Oakwood Glen

Oakwood Glen HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the value, attractiveness, and integrity of the neighborhood through the enforcement of deed restrictions. The HOA Board and Volunteers walk through the neighborhood on a regular basis (typically following each monthly board meeting) to ensure community upkeep in accordance with our Bylaws and Deed Restrictions.

Items being monitored include:

• •Unsightly items visible from the street
• •Garbage cans visible from the street
• •Broken or leaning fences
• •Trailers in driveways
• •Landscaping and lawn maintenance
• •Unapproved improvements

Note: The City of Cedar Park has jurisdiction over street parking. Follow parking ordinances on the City of Cedar Park website to avoid being ticketed.
